New Home Construction and Buyer Representation Course
The New Home Construction and Buyer Representation course is an 8-hour elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. In this specialized course, you’ll learn how to guide buyers through new construction transactions, evaluate builders and help clients choose the right one for their needs, and work with the builder’s sales representative to develop a mutually beneficial relationship for the homebuyer. The Complete ABR Designation Program includes the required 15-hour Accredited Buyer’s Representative course and your choice of an approved 8-hour elective course. Together, these two courses will satisfy the education requirement of the ABR Designation.
