Important: TREC/TALCB CE Reporting Paused for REALM Portal Transition
Effective 5:00 PM CT on December 2, 2025, TREC's online license management and CE reporting services will be unavailable as they transition to the new REALM Portal. Services, including automatic upload of Champions CE and SAE credit, are scheduled to resume on December 15, 2025. Please visit the TREC website for official details.

TALCB Required Continuing Education (CE) Courses
The following courses are required by the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) and must be completed by every licensed Appraiser during the renewal period.

Upcoming Expiration Notice: The online/correspondence version of this course is scheduled to expire or be replaced by a new version after December 31, 2025. Online students who have not completed the course at that time will be automatically dropped. These students will have the option to move to the new version or switch to an equivalent course at no additional cost (additional fees related to materials may apply). If you wish to discuss your options with a Counselor, please contact one of our campuses at your convenience.
