Ronald Castagno
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2014 where I took my qualifying classes at the Champions School of Real Estate, I was a hospital executive for over 30 years with my last position being in Houston since 1997. My prior real estate experience was in green field startup operations where I worked with physicians and land acquisitions with the sole focus being on healthcare facility development such as hospitals and medical office buildings. Since becoming a Realtor in 2014, I received my Broker license in May of 2024 also via Champions School of Real Estate coursework to prepare for the Texas Brokers Exam. I am currently an active Broker and Realtor with Grove Realty in Houston as well as a Texas licensed property tax arbitrator and mediator. I joined Champions School of Real Estate in 2023 as an instructor and am currently teaching 5 of the 6 core classes required for students to sit for the Texas real estate license exam (National and State).
